Hospitality fit-out
Restaurant, bar and café fit-out in Paris
We fit out the places that welcome the public. Bar, restaurant, café, tea salon, club: the counter, the seating, the furniture and the joinery are drawn, built in our 550 m² workshop in Cachan, then installed on site across Paris and Île-de-France.
Talk about your project
Restaurant fit-out: what we build
A room comes together piece by piece. We make the fixed elements and the furniture that give a place its character and let it last.
- Bar counter and back bar
- Bespoke banquettes and seating
- Tables and tops
- Wall panelling and partitions
- Back-lit signage
- Integrated lighting
A public venue
A hospitality space follows strict rules. We work within the ones that apply to your premises: fire behaviour of materials, wheelchair access, hygiene and upkeep. Finishes are chosen to take heavy use.

Counter, banquettes, furniture: designed, made, installed
One team carries the project from the first sketch to the install. What we draw is built a few metres away, in our own workshop, so the detail survives all the way to assembly.
Materials and finishes for a bar or restaurant
The palette is set project by project: wood, veneer, compact laminate, metal, stone or marble tops. Each material earns its place on looks and wear.
Bar, cafe, restaurant: our work
Real places, designed, made and installed by the studio.

Common questions
How much does a bar or restaurant fit-out cost?
It depends on the floor area, the materials, the number of bespoke pieces and the constraints of the site. We give a firm quote after a site visit and a look at your plans, with no surprises mid-project.
How long does it take?
The timeline follows the size of the project and the complexity of fabrication. You get a schedule with the quote, from approved drawings to install. Most of the making happens in the workshop, which keeps on-site time short.
Do you handle public-venue and accessibility rules?
Yes, within our scope. We design and build with the fire behaviour of materials and the wheelchair access that apply to your venue in mind.
Can you work in a place that's already open?
Yes. Much of the work is assembled and checked in the workshop, then installed on site in one short visit, which limits closure.
Do you work with an architect or project manager?
Yes. We work from your plans or your architect's, and we can also design the fit-out from scratch.
Where do you work?
In Paris and across Île-de-France. Our workshop is in Cachan, Val-de-Marne.
What does a restaurant fit-out actually cover?
It is the fixed, made-to-measure part of the room: the counter, the back bar, the banquettes, the storage, the wall linings and the joinery. It does not cover structural work or services, but it does cover everything the customer sees and touches. The same team draws it, builds it in Cachan and installs it in Paris.
How much floor area do you need per cover?
Allow 1 to 1.5 m² per cover in the dining room for a brasserie or bistro, and 1.5 to 2 m² for fine dining, where you leave more room between tables. The kitchen is sized separately, around 0.5 to 0.75 m² per cover. The exact figure then depends on the shape of the room and the circulation routes fire safety requires.
Do you fit out bars and cafés as well?
Yes. The bar is the most technical piece in any hospitality venue: a worktop that survives water and alcohol, a lit drop, services and waste run inside its thickness, and a back bar drawn for the service that actually happens. We build it in our workshop before installation.
